About this event

NamesCon Online is a full-spectrum digital event that brings the NamesCon experience straight to your home office—complete with networking, keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, and partner events.

This conference runs in a custom online venue that offers the unique experience of NamesCon right at your fingertips—wherever you are, you'll be in the right place. The conference runs September 22th - 24th.

For your ticket, you'll get:

  • Access to great live and on-demand content—global and regional
  • Network with fellow investors, industry experts, and key industry players from around the globe
  • Flexible integration into your workday
  • Access NamesConOnline from any of your devices—or several at once
  • Save time and money, leave a smaller environmental footprint

To offer live content to as many domain professionals as possible, we’re anchoring the main event timeframe from 3pm – 7pm UTC to deliver globally relevant content, while working with regional partners to give everybody the most value in their own time zones. Domaining hotspots South Asia and the Americas have dedicated hubs, along with satellite hubs provided by our partners.

Tickets are available for individual domain investors, brokers, and entrepreneurs, with early-bird pricing through July 4. We also have a class of tickets for those who work in the registry, registrar, and marketplace spaces. Additionally, a limited number of deeply-discounted tickets are available for first-time NamesCon attendees.

FAQs

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can reach out to us at producers@namescon.com.

Is my registration refundable/transferable?

Event Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual or to an upcoming NamesCon event.

Are there other rules around ticket registration and name badge appearance?

You MUST enter a unique email address for each attendee. Without this, we are not able to grant you access to the platform/app. No "placeholder" ticket purchases allowed.

Can I update my registration information?

Please contact us with company, title, or spelling error corrections and we will be happy to assist.

How will you stay in touch?

Upon registering for any NamesCon event, you will be added to our mailing list so you can receive important messages. You may opt-out of our newsletter at any time, though you may still receive direct emails from Eventbrite for critical show information.

Why are there different types of tickets?

What we call the Standard Pass is a deeply-discounted ticket geared toward individual investors, brokers, and emerging entrepreneurs who make up the majority of our attendee base. The Channel Pass is for professionals working in the registry, registrar, and marketplace spaces. If this is you and you want to bring several team members, it makes sense to explore our partnership options to better help you connect directly with your target audience, all at once.

Attendee Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Attendee email addresses are never shared with third parties. All registered attendees will be visible within the mobile app attendee list (only visible to other NamesCon attendees) and other individuals may direct message you or request a meeting via the app. If you have any privacy concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Read our Privacy Policy here.

Code of Conduct

NamesCon strives to provide a safe and professional atmosphere for all attendees, no matter who they are or where they come from. “Don’t be a jerk” is the short version, but please be sure to read the NamesCon Code of Conduct in full.

Organized by

Since its founding in 2013, NamesCon’s flagship event has grown into the largest and most anticipated domain name industry event of the year. With the explosive growth of new TLDs and rapid expansion of internet connectivity and digital asset classes worldwide, the domaining industry promises to remain one of the most energized and important markets in technology. NamesCon’s move from Las Vegas to Austin highlights domaining’s deeper integration into the worlds of blockchain, online entrepreneurship, and cutting-edge digital investment strategies.

NamesCon is run by WHD Event GmbH, which also owns and produces CloudFest, the world’s top internet infrastructure industry gathering. This unlocks the synergies between the domain, hosting, and cloud industries, which all play key roles in the development of digital assets. The combined team now jointly produces several industry events internationally each year, from blockbuster global shows to highly focused regional events and invite-only CXO retreats.
